04 Jan Sherwoods Company Conference 2018

Sherwoods Building Services Engineers started 2018 with a Bang with a company conference held at Exeter Golf and Country Club, in line with our values the event highlighted our values of Fun, Adaptable, Honest and Committed, providing the latest company information, re enforcement of our values and mission to Become the FM Building Services Partner and Employer of Choice Across the South West.



The event was opened by Jamie Bonner, Operations Director to outline the day and welcome the 50-strong team of Sherwoods employees. Jamie continued on to launch our new Operations Software Bigchange, providing the engineering team with an overview of the system features and pressing the ‘Go Live’ button. An exciting step forward for all of the Sherwoods Team.  We continued with a bit of fun and audience participation highlighting the importance of the Team and communication with Ian Smith our Training and Development Manager.




Kev Sherwood, Managing Director highlighted details of the current business plan and expressed his enthusiasm for the team, business and the service we offer our customers, highlighting our experience and additional services coming to our line up over the next 12 months to really become a ‘One Stop Shop’ for our clients.






Kevin Ledger, CRM Manager gave an overview of the past years Sales, Current client lists, new customer overview and details of our targets in the new year. Including details of new services we will be offering in 2018 including an fully experienced Drainage service and Thermal Imaging, also provided were details of our Marketing strategy and confirmation of our Stand at the 2018 SW Business Expo at Westpoint, Exeter.



The event was closed by a small rewards ceremony for our teams efforts during 2017
